Man dies after falling from roof

A 48-year old man died Friday after falling from a three-story roof, according to the Horry County coroner’s office.

Rodney Snuggs of Conway was working with a roofing crew on Palmetto Harbour Drive in North Myrtle Beach when he fell around 1 p.m., according to Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard.

An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday, according to Willard. Horry County police and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating, Willard said.
