Four more artists added to Carolina Country Music Fest Lineup

The Carolina Country Music Fest announced four more acts Tuesday, including a group made up of South Carolina natives.

Outshyne will bring its edgy country rock sound to the music festival in June. The group, which has roots in Laurens and Anderson County, is known for hits such as ‘Moonlight Crush’ and its latest single ‘That Girl.’ Outshyne has opened for artists such as Gary Allan, Colt Ford and Eric Church.

The Davisson Brothers Band will be in town to play its hits ‘Big City Hillbilly,’ ‘Country Just Like Me’ and ‘Jesse James.’ This group, formed by two brothers, hails from West Virginia.

Asheville, North Carolina native and UNC grad Chase Rice will perform his hit single ‘Ready Set Roll.’ Rice also co-wrote Florida Georgia Line’s hit song ‘Cruise.’ Rice also is a former contestant on ‘Survivor: Nicaragua.’

Country newcomer Brett Young has also joined the music fest lineup. His hit debut single is ‘Sleep Without You,’ the first song released from his self-titled EP.
