Horseshoe area on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach set for changes, upgrades
Changes are underway today at a popular hot spot for tourists and locals in North Myrtle Beach
The horseshoe on Main Street is getting a permanent restroom facility and a permanent entertainment stage for summer concerts, festivals and other performances.
City Spokesperson Pat Dowling said special parking spaces are being added that are large enough to fit two golf carts at a time, if a car is not parked there.
