Heavy early morning rain causing road flooding in Horry County
Several roads in Horry County were reportedly flooded Tuesday morning from heavy early morning showers.
Bear Bluff Road at S.C. 90 was reported flooded at 9:14 a.m., according to The South Carolina Highway Patrol website.
The highway patrol website also said these roads as flooded earlier Tuesday morning, but they have since been removed from the list: 134 Grier Crossing Drive in the area of Maple Drive and Long Avenue Extended, S.C. 319 and Harris Shortcut Road, Valley Forge between Asberry and Goodluck, Daisy Road, and Cane Branch Road, according to the highway patrol’s website.
Motorist should use caution Tuesday morning as rain continues to sweep across the Grand Strand.
