Red Cross opening shelter in North Myrtle Beach

The Red Cross is opening an emergency shelter in North Myrtle Beach at 10 p.m. tonight, according to Nanci Conley.

The shelter will be located at First Baptist Church in North Myrtle Beach, at 200 Highway 17 South.
