Conway residents left without water after line break. Here’s what we know
Several areas of Conway are without water Tuesday evening after a water main break.
City crews located the break near Millpond Road along the Crabtree Canal, according to a Facebook post from the city. Crews are working to isolate the damaged section of the line in hopes of restoring water service to as many customers as possible, the post said. However, customers in the immediate Millpond Road area may remain without water until repairs are completed.
It is unclear how many residents are affected by the break.
The city said it doesn’t have an estimated timeline for repairs as the break is located in a swampy area that is difficult to access.
