The Conway Board of Zoning Appeals recently approved a zoning variance for the coffee company to build a new location at 2776 Church St., across from the Walmart and Gateway Plaza shopping center.

Closer to the coast, the City of Myrtle Beach’s Community Appearance Board recently approved plans for a Dutch Bros Coffee location at 2070 U.S. 501, just a few minutes away from Coastal Grand Mall.

A spokesperson from Dutch Bros Coffee said the company was still early in the process of developing the locations and did not have additional information to share at the time of publication.

Dutch Bros Coffee is best known for its variety of drinks, including coffees, smoothies, lemonades, iced teas, sparkling sodas and more. Fan-favorite drinks include an espresso, caramel and vanilla breve called the “Golden Eagle,” as well as the “Annihilator,” a breve flavored with chocolate macadamia nut syrup.

Beyond its extensive drink menu, Dutch Bros Coffee also allows customers to customize their beverage by choosing from more than 25 different flavors to enjoy in their drink, from banana and peach to cinnamon and caramel.

The coffee chain opened its first location in South Carolina in 2025 in Summerville. Dutch Bros Coffee has since expanded to operate more than a dozen locations across the state, from Greenville to Charleston.
