From burnout pits to rally girls, the top 7 biker bars for Myrtle Beach Bike Rally
The Myrtle Beach Bike Spring Bike Rally draws an estimated 400,000 people, who spend over a week taking part in motorcycle events and riding with other bikers in Horry and Georgetown counties.
It’s a good thing that there are several biker bars where all those motorcyclists can gather.
This year’s spring rally is May 8-17, and many of the events take place in Murrells Inlet.
Here are the top biker bars according to Yelp reviews:
Suck Bang Blow
The bar name sounds dirty, but Suck Bang Blow stems from a motorcycle’s four-stroke engine start: intake, compression, combustion and exhaust. This process has been nicknamed suck, squeeze, bang and blow.
But no matter what you think about the name, the Murrells Inlet motorcycle bar can get rowdy and is one of the most popular places for bikers to hang out during the rally. During the rally, Suck Bang Blow has multiple bars on the property, live music, a burnout pit and many rally girls. 3393 Highway 17 Business.
Pop’s Place
The vibe of this bar and grill is perfect for the Bike Rally’s party atmosphere. The bar is open daily from noon to 2 a.m. and there is karaoke every night from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. 511 S. Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach.
Drifter’s Saloon
This Myrtle Beach area bar has been a neighborhood hangout for more than 25 years, offering casual dining and entertainment. The kitchen stays open to 1 a.m. daily and there is a live DJ every Friday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. 2905 N. Kings Highway.
Javelina Texas Bar and Grill

Spokes & Bones Saloon
Another legendary epicenter of the Bike Rally, Spokes & Bones is a biker favorite, featuring live music, vendors, bike shows and a floating stage in Murrells Inlet. 2340 Highway 17 S.
The Beaver Bar
Many are surprised that this popular biker bar is run by a woman, who is just as much a biker as the crowd she serves. During the Bike Rally, the bar has vendors, bike shows and music. And on every Sunday, it’s known for its $7 all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to noon. The proceeds go to charity. 3534 Highway 17 Business, Murrells Inlet.
Bubba’s Bar and Grill
Not only has it won awards as the best biker bar, but Bubba’s is also known as a popular place for locals. Every Friday is Bike Night, and during the Bike Rally, you can bet the parking lot will be full of motorcycles all week. Those who come can play pool and order a pizza. 1125 Dick Pond Road, Myrtle Beach
