Celebrities often make their way to the Myrtle Beach area, but it’s not too often they all gather in one place at one time.

This year’s ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic will again see well-known movie and TV stars, as well as pro athletes, take to the golf course to participate in the Pro-Am on May 6 during the tournament week at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach.

The PGA Tour tournament will take place from May 7-10.

Such celebrities as Academy-Award winner Kurt Russell and tennis legend John McEnroe will be participating, according to a release from Visit Myrtle Beach.

The celebrities will be joined by PGA Tour professionals for 18 holes, along with amateur partners, the release said. Tee times for the Pro-Am are off the Nos. 1 and 10 tees from 6:40 to 8:52 a.m. and noon to 2:12 p.m.
