80-year-old killed while trying to cross Conway highway. Coroner names victim
An 80-year-old man died Tuesday, nearly two weeks after he was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross a Conway highway with his bicycle.
Isadore Williams, of Conway, died from injuries he received after being struck by a vehicle, according to an email from Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard.
Williams was attempting to cross Highway 378 at 5:45 a.m. on April 2 with his bicycle when he was hit, Willard said.
Conway Police Department is investigating.
