Pedestrian killed after trying to cross SC 707 in Horry County
A Conway woman died after being hit by a car in Horry County early Monday morning.
Tiffany Chilton, 35, was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross Highway 707 at Highway 31 on foot. She was transported to South Strand Hospitals where she died just before 5 a.m. from multiple traumatic injuries.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
