A popular Grand Strand Italian restaurant is expanding with a third Myrtle Beach area location.

Crave Italian Oven and Bar will open another restaurant with wood-fired cuisine and a curated wine selection in spring 2027 in SayeBrook Town Center, near the new Trader Joe’s store.

The Vaugh and Spadaccini Restaurant group, which operates eateries like Sol y Luna Latin Cantina and 357 Raw Coastal Bar, has two other Crave locations in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.

“This third location represents an exciting and intentional step forward for our brand … Our new space within SayeBrook will foster a sense of connection and warmth while showcasing the quality and hospitality that have become hallmarks of the Crave experience,” said Nick Vaugh, founder and partner at the restaurant group.

For the new restaurant, the Vaugh and Spadaccini Restaurant group partnered with The Jackson Companies, the developer of the 730-acre master-planned SayeBrook Community. The planned Town Center features a mix of stores and restaurants.

“As SayeBrook Town Center continues to expand, we remain intentional about welcoming businesses that reflect and enhance the fabric of our community,” The Jackson Companies Vice President of Development Derek Harris said in a press release sent Monday.
