$3.5M home being built on Myrtle Beach’s Golden Mile. It has a golf cart garage
A new nearly $3.5 million home is being built alongside some of Myrtle Beach’s most expensive homes on the Golden Mile.
The new construction, located at 6601 N. Ocean Blvd., will be built in 2026, according to its Zillow listing. The 4,591-square-foot home will boast five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, as well as a three-stop elevator. It was listed on Nov. 26 by Traci Miles Team and CENTURY 21 Boling & Associates, according to Zillow.
Just a short walk from the beach, the property will provide residents with their own parking in a two-car garage, as well as a dedicated golf cart garage.
On the ground level, guests will find three bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, as well as a family room and covered patio access.
One floor up, the main level will welcome guests into a sprawling great room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and a walk-in pantry. A breakfast nook will neighbor an outdoor kitchen, but for more elegant gatherings, there are also plans for a formal dining room.
An owner’s suite will allow privacy from other guests, with spa-inspired sinks, a freestanding tub, an oversized walk-in shower, and his and hers walk-in closets. The will suite also offer direct access to the laundry room and the covered porch.
On the porch, there will be an open sun deck and an infinity pool.
On the third floor, a private guest suite comes with a full bathroom, walk-in closet and access to a covered veranda.
