Myrtle Beach man followed home from bar, shot
A Myrtle Beach man said he was shot early Sunday morning outside his residence after being followed home from an unknown bar.
Horry County police responded to a home at about 4:30 a.m. on Vesta Drive in the Myrtle Beach area.
Police say the victim, a 30-year-old man, was shot during an attempted robbery after being followed home from an unknown bar, according to a police report. Police say the victim is expected to recover from his injury.
A witness who heard the gunshots reported seeing a newer model, white, Dodge Ram truck leaving the scene. Police are asking anyone with information about this case to call 843-915-8477.
