A popular retail chain known for its trendy, cheap products is opening a new store location in North Myrtle Beach.

Five Below, a store known for pricing most of its items at or below $5, opened its North Myrtle Beach location on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, located at 1280 Highway 17 North. The business is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and sells an array of trendy items across various categories, primarily marketed toward tweens and teens.

The new store will sell candy, snacks, toys, games, brand-name beauty, tech products, decorations and more, according to a news release from the business.

While most items in the store will be priced between $1 and $5, there will also be some items priced above $5.

The location will also house a Party Shop, which provides various helium balloons, decorations and party favors.

This new North Myrtle Beach location is joining more than 1,800 Five Below stores across 44 states, including two locations in Myrtle Beach. There is a store at 10804 Kings Road and at the Coastal Grand Mall, 2000 Coastal Grand Circle.

There is also a Five Below slated to open at the newly revitalized Coastal Centre strip mall in Conway.

The store’s hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
