In the Myrtle Beach area, the end of summer doesn’t mean the end of farmers markets.

Several local farmers markets will continue to showcase local produce, handcrafted goods and small businesses in the community even as the days get shorter and the water gets cooler.

Here are some of the area’s popular farmers markets where shoppers can stock up on fresh fall goods and ingredients this season.

The Market Common Farmers Market

The Farmers Market in Valor Park at The Market Common will continue to take place every Saturday through Dec. 20.

The market is run by Waccamaw Market Cooperative, and runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vendors there sell their fresh produce, artisanal goods and more.

The market is located at 1120 Farrow Parkway in Myrtle Beach.
