There are no hotels in this section within the city limits, offering a scenic view and an opportunity for those with money to spend to build opulent homes along North Ocean Boulevard and Beach Drive.
It could be that the “golden” in the name given to the area is for the sandy beaches, but more likely it’s because of the price you will pay to get a home in this prime oceanfront location.
