Box truck overturns in Horry County ditch. Two transported to hospital
Horry County Fire Rescue is asking people to avoid the area around a truck crash in Conway that sent two people to the hospital.
Lanes are blocked off near the intersection of Highway 90 and Fox Rae Drive after a box truck overturned in a ditch, according to a post on Facebook by Horry County Fire Rescue.
The exact cause of the crash is under investigation by South Carolina Highway Patrol. The extent of the injuries is unknown, according to the post.
The department first posted about the incident Thursday morning on Facebook at approximately 11 a.m. Horry County Fire Rescue was first dispatched to the scene at 9:46 a.m. Extrication operations were required at the scene of the crash, according to the agency.
