Four Myrtle Beach area beaches named top spots in SC. Did your favorite make list?

Four Myrtle Beach area and North Myrtle Beach beaches have been named among top spots in South Carolina.
USA Today announced its list of the best beaches in the Palmetto State last month. USA Today nominated their picks for the best beaches in the state and then readers voted to decide the winners.
North Myrtle Beach was ranked No. 2 on the list, cited for its 50 public parking locations, convenient access to the beach and cleanliness and safety.
The city’s beaches came in behind neighboring Georgetown County’s Pawleys Island, which was named No. 1 on the list. It’s situated on the Hammock Coast and home to about 100 residents.
Also making the list is Huntington Beach State Park, Myrtle Beach State Park and Cherry Grove Beach.
