Popular restaurant known for its coffee and doughnuts opening on Highway 90
A new Dunkin’ Donuts is being built along Highway 90 in the Longs area.
The store will be located at 6971 Highway 90, just a short distance from the nearby Speedway and Circle K convenience stores.
The store will open in the fall, according to Dunkin’ Donuts public relations by email. The new store will be the first of its kind in the Grand Strand, featuring Nitro Cold Brew, two drive-thru order points and an outdoor covered seating, the email said.
“We are thrilled to bring the taste and speed of Dunkin’ to the Longs community this fall,” franchisee Dave Staley said in the email.
The store will join more than 15 locations in the Myrtle Beach area.
The doughnut store is not the only new business opening in that area of Highway 90.
A Refuel gas station, located along Highway 90, just a short distance from the Highway 22 on-ramp, is under construction.
It’s also unclear when the new convenience store will open. However, construction of the building is in advance stages.
