Loris man dies almost 2 weeks after car crash outside Myrtle Beach, SC area
A car crash outside Loris caused one man to die.
Douglas Soles, 87, died April 20 after being hospitalized for a car crash earlier this month, said Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard in an email release. The crash occurred on April 8 near the intersection of Fox Bay Road and S.C. 66.
Soles lived in Loris.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the collision. The agency has not sent out information about the crash as of Monday morning.
