What’s being built in the Forestbrook area of Myrtle Beach? What we found out
A new Sherwin Williams is coming to the Forestbrook area, a company rep confirmed via email to The Sun News.
The new store will be located near the Circle K gas station on George Bishop Parkway.
Julie Young, vice president for corporate communications for Sherwin Williams, said the targeted opening date of the new store is in the third quarter of 2025.
According to Horry County Land Records, Circle K Stores Inc. sold the land for the new paint store to Peachtree Development and Investments LLC for $180,000 last November.
Sherwin William’s store locator shows that there are approximately eight other existing locations in the Myrtle Beach region, including in Carolina Forest, North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach.
