Oceanfront restaurant focusing on Latin-inspired seafood dishes opens in Myrtle Beach
A new restaurant focusing on coastal Latin dishes has opened in an oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach.
Salt & Lime, 201 75th Ave. N, is the latest addition to the North Shore Oceanfront Hotel, formerly known as Ocean Dunes Resort.
The restaurant, which opened April 10, 2025, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with traditional Latin dishes such as tacos, enchiladas and chimichangas, but also special items that include smoked salmon toast, ceviches, grilled herb marinated octopus and beach boards, which are shareables for two that includes bagels, scrambled eggs, grits, bacon and smoked salmon.
And of course, with a name like Salt & Lime, the restaurant offers specialty margaritas and cocktails.
The restaurant is locally owned, according to manager Ramon Pinzon. Pinzon described the atmosphere as having a “Miami vibe.” It also offers oceanfront dining.
“It’s going to catch a lot of attention,” Pinzon said.
