A new restaurant focusing on coastal Latin dishes has opened in an oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach.

The restaurant, which opened April 10, 2025, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with traditional Latin dishes such as tacos, enchiladas and chimichangas, but also special items that include smoked salmon toast, ceviches, grilled herb marinated octopus and beach boards, which are shareables for two that includes bagels, scrambled eggs, grits, bacon and smoked salmon.

And of course, with a name like Salt & Lime, the restaurant offers specialty margaritas and cocktails.

The restaurant is locally owned, according to manager Ramon Pinzon. Pinzon described the atmosphere as having a “Miami vibe.” It also offers oceanfront dining.

“It’s going to catch a lot of attention,” Pinzon said.
