New York Prime only uses the top 3% of beef in the country, ages the meat for at least four weeks and trains chefs on how to properly use the broiler to create the crust on the steak, according to its site. The restaurant has a large selection of wine and liquor, ready to compliment any steak with a patron’s drink of choice.
