A former hotel near the Myrtle Beach oceanfront is for sale on Zillow.
The 20-unit property, located at 403 6th Ave South in Myrtle Beach near Family Kingdom Amusement Park, has an asking price of $1.9 million. Built in 1960, the property went on Zillow Jan. 9, 2025.
Rotem Eckman is a senior broker at the North Carolina-based McClure Group Realty and is the property’s agent on Zillow. In an interview with The Sun News, Eckman said the property once was a hotel but now serves as a multi-family complex.
Google Maps shows the property’s called ‘Atlantic Holiday.’
She added that some of the property’s rooms received minor renovations and said a letter of intent was signed for the property this week.
The property’s gone on the market before in recent years. Horry County Land Records shows that the former hotel sold for $1.2 million in late June 2021.
