With a winter storm approaching the Myrtle Beach area and expected to drop between two and three inches of snow, some of the region’s most popular destinations are changing their hours of operation in response.

MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet announced via its Facebook page that several of its restaurants, including Wahoo’s Fish House and Bovine’s, will close Jan. 21 to 22, 2025, due to the storm. The Wicked Tuna at MarshWalk also announced via its Facebook that it will close early at 5 p.m. Jan. 21, 2025, due to the winter storm.

Broadway at the Beach announced it would close Wed. Jan 22, 2025, on its social media. A spokesperson did not return a request for comment before publication.

Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach also closed due to the snow, calling it a ‘snow day’ on its Facebook page.

A spokesperson for Barefoot Landing said that some announcements will be posted on social media later. The spokesperson declined to say what the announcement would be, adding, “We just can’t ever talk to the press.”

Burroughs & Chapin owns both Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.
