These 10 restaurants around the Myrtle Beach area will be open on Christmas Day 2024

Christmas is just around the corner and families in the Grand Strand are making plans for the holidays. If you’re not interested in staying home and cooking this Christmas, lots of restaurants around the Myrtle Beach area will be open to visitors on Dec. 25.

Whether you’re in the mood for a classic holiday roast, coastal catches or Chinese food, these 10 restaurants offer something delicious for everyone.

Black Drum Brewing

9800 Queensway Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29572

Black Drum Brewing will be open Dec. 25 to serve up a special Christmas menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The family-style meal, which features dishes like bacon-wrapped pork loin and herb-crusted prosecco roasted shrimp, is $45 for adults and $25 for children. You can book a table online here.

The Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bistro

4269 Luck Ave., Little River, SC 29566

You can enjoy Christmas dinner in Victorian style at the historic Brentwood in Little River. The restaurant will offer a three-course meal with options like salmon en croute and pork ossobucco for $59.99 per person. The Brentwood was fully-booked for Thanksgiving, so interested parties might want to reserve a table in advance at 843-249-2601.

California Dreaming

2657 Beaver Run Blvd., Surfside Beach, SC 29575

Carolina Roadhouse

Christmas guests can visit Carolina Roadhouse on Dec. 25 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Diners can pick between a traditional Christmas dinner with turkey and ham for $29.95 or a prime rib meal for $38.95. Chopsticks

If you want to skip the Christmas ham this year, Chopsticks in Myrtle Beach will be open regular hours, 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 25. The restaurant will offer its usual menu, which features a variety of Chinese soups, noodles, rice, seafood and meat dishes.

Greg Norman Australian Grille

4930 US 17 S., North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582

In addition to a limited regular menu, on Dec. 25 Greg Norman will offer a Christmas menu with dishes like lamb rack and Chilean sea bass from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Featured entrees range from $36 to $55. Reservations are available online here.

Kings Sushi at North Myrtle Beach

Kings Sushi in North Myrtle Beach will be open for regular hours, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., on Christmas Day. If you’re not in the mood for traditional holiday food this Christmas, you can enjoy fresh sushi, hibachi and cocktails.

Landry’s Seafood House

1312 Celebrity Circle, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

Landry’s Seafood at Broadway at the Beach will serve a three-course holiday prix fixe menu on Christmas. Dishes include sirloin and shrimp, seafood pasta, signature fish Pontchartrain and more. Reservations are highly recommended and can be booked online here.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

The Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Myrtle Beach will be open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Day. In addition to its signature steaks, the restaurant offers entrees like stuffed chicken breast and garlic-crusted sea bass. Reservations are available online here.

Thoroughbreds Chophouse

9706 N. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572

Thoroughbreds Chophouse house will be open Dec. 25 with both its regular menu and a special Christmas menu. Entrees start at $70 and feature dishes like halibut framboise and 16-ounce bone-in filet. According to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook, Thoroughbreds is not taking Christmas reservations.
