Driver killed in early morning accident after vehicle crashes into Myrtle Beach area home
A driver was killed after their vehicle crashed into two parked vehicles and then hit a house in the Myrtle Beach area, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at 2:47 a.m. Nov. 30, 2024, on East Isle of Palms Avenue near River Oaks Drive in Carolina Forest, according to Cpl. Nick Pye with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Pye said the driver of a 2018 Chrysler Sedan ran off the road and struck two vehicles that were parked and then struck a house. The driver died and the passenger was transported to the hospital, Pye said.
The name of the driver was not released.
