These Myrtle Beach area grocery stores will be open Thanksgiving 2024. Here are their hours

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and from turkey to pie, lots goes into the holiday dinner. If you find yourself short an ingredient on Thanksgiving, here are the stores around Carolina Forest, Conway, Little River, Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach that will be open on Nov. 28

All locations of Aldi, Costco, Publix, Sam’s Club, Target and Walmart will be closed Thanksgiving Day, but there are plenty of other groceries in the Grand Strand that will be open.

Here are their Thanksgiving hours:

• Food Lion: all stores will open at the regular times and close at 3 p.m., a company spokesperson said.

• Kroger: three Kroger locations — 781 Main St. in North Myrtle Beach, 9610 N. Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach and 2939 U.S. 17 Business in Murrells Inlet — will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., according to employees. The Carolina Forest location at 3735 Renee Drive will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., an employee said.

• Lowes Foods: all stores will open at their regular times and close at 4:00 p.m., a company spokesperson said.

• Piggly Wiggly: the Myrtle Beach location at 1700 N. Kings Highway will open from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and the Surfside Beach location at 122 U.S. 17 Business will open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., according to store employees.
