Two properties encompassing multiple restaurants and rooftop bars in North Myrtle Beach near the oceanfront are for sale.

The first property includes Daisy Dukes Saloon, Nathan’s Famous Hotdogs and Pirate Cove Rooftop Bar. A for-sale banner hangs along the front of the building. Bradley Lloyd is the real estate professional for the property. Lloyd said in an interview with the Sun News that the asking price for the property is four million dollars.

Lloyd also said the Main Street location for Sky Bar and SOHO Main North Myrtle Beach eatery is also for sale, along with a nearby parking lot on Hillside Drive. STEF Properties Main ST and STEF Properties NMB LLC own each property, and Michael Moshoures is the registered agent for both companies.

Horry County Land Records show that Moshoures’ LLCs bought the Pirates Cove Rooftop Bar property in 2018 and the Sky Bar location in 2016.
