A Myrtle Beach area pizzeria is moving locations.

Hungry Howie’s at 1601 South Kings Highway will move to the now-closed Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs at 1401 South Kings Highway.

Hungry Howie’s Manager Sherry Trott confirmed the move in an interview with The Sun News.

Trott added that the new location would also feature a Scoops Ice Cream and said the entire venture will open probably in January 2025.

Hungry Howie’s current South Kings Highway is also for sale. According to its LoopNet listing, the South Kings Highway location became available on the website in August 2024. The less than 2,000-square-foot retail space has a $28.21 per square foot rental rate the LoopNet posting said.

The real estate professional for the property, Liat Edri, declined to comment to The Sun News.

Hungry Howie’s has three locations along the Grand Strand.
