SC Japanese restaurant in Surfside Beach closes its doors. Here’s what we know
A Surfside Beach Japanese sushi restaurant has apparently closed its doors permanently.
The sign for Kobe Express at 1610 Highway 17 South has been removed from the building and a number for the location says it is no longer in service.
It is unclear why the restaurant closed. People on social media said they had just ordered food from the location earlier this week.
It was located in the Food Lion plaza.
