Primary Tuesday to fill Hardwick seat

Four candidates will be vying to replace former S.C. Rep. Nelson Hardwick when voters go to the polls Tuesday in a special primary for District 106.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and voters will have a choice of Russell Fry, Sanford Cox Graves, Tyler Servant and Dr. Roy Sprinkle, all Republicans. That means, baring a write-in candidate campaign for the Sept. 15 election, the victor in the primary will earn the seat.
