Myrtle Beach Mexican restaurant expands into Conway. Here’s where you can find it
Tu Taco, a Mexican restaurant located in Myrtle Beach, has opened a second location in Conway.
Tu Taco announced on Nov. 2 that it opened a restaurant at University Plaza, 201 Graduate Road, off of U.S. 501 and near Coastal Carolina University. It is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
Tu Taco first opened in Myrtle Beach in November 2021.
“All the customers from the other side drive all the way to Myrtle Beach just to eat the food we serve,” General manager Said Canto said. He also said there were several employees living in Conway as well.
The Conway location is similar to the Myrtle Beach one. The menu includes tacos, burritos and tortas, as well as other Mexican foods. Prices range from $2.50 for a taco to $14.95 for a specialty plate with meat and seafood.
“We’re excited, we’re very happy. People are responding in the way we thought,” Canto said. “We are brand new to the area but the response is still pretty good so far.”
