A new Mediterranean restaurant is opening in North Myrtle Beach. Here’s what’s on the menu
A CAVA location will soon be welcomed to North Myrtle Beach.
The Mediterranean-style restaurant is set to open this summer.
This CAVA location would be a first for Horry County. There are eight South Carolina locations as part of the chain establishment, and 263 restaurants in 22 states and Washington, DC.
North Myrtle Beach spokesperson Ryan Fabbri confirmed that the new CAVA location will be across from the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Coastal North Town Center, where Z’s Kitchen used to be located.
CAVA is similar to Chipotle in that customers can create their own salads and grain bowls with healthy Mediterranean ingredients such as falafel, Persian cucumber and kalamata olives.
The other food item CAVA is known for is pitas, which are wraps made of pita bread and filled with ingredients also available in bowls and salads. Customers can either choose from the four specials or create their own.
A plethora of greens, meat options, dressings and vegetable toppings are available for the bowls. Pita chips can be purchased as a side and dipped into spreads like hummus, tzatziki and “crazy feta.”
The store is currently hiring, according to a Facebook post. The creator of the post did not respond to The Sun News’ requests for comment. In addition, there have been hiring posts listed on Indeed.
