If warmer spring weather means you’re always asking for an outdoor table at Myrtle Beach-area restaurants, include your dog in the fun.

Many local restaurants welcome pets at their patios and decks. Now is the perfect time to dine with your dog, before steamy summer arrives.

Here are seven dog-friendly restaurants in Myrtle Beach, from BringFido, a pet travel website.

Enjoy ocean views with your pet at Bummz Beach Cafe at the heart of Myrtle Beach. The menu at the converted beach cottage includes seafood baskets and strawberry daiquiris, which you can enjoy on either their covered deck and open-air patio.

Server Marianne Rivenburg said, “All the local dogs know me,” because she keeps a bag of dog treats for canine guests. Rivenburg estimated that up to 40% of Bummz clients bring their dogs.

Rivenburg brought a treat to Wiley Jack Daniels, a terrier mix visiting from Florence. Wiley’s owner Kimberly Hyman said they chose Bummz because they knew Wiley would be welcomed. “We want him to enjoy the vacation too,” Kimberly said.

Her husband Tobin added, “Yeah, we hate leaving him.”

King Street Grille

Location: 3040 Howard Avenue, Myrtle Beach

Bring your dog to watch the game at King Street Grille. At this upscale sports bar in Market Common, try sweet tea, fried chicken and mussels. “Our dogs really enjoyed dining with us on the patio,” Crystal wrote in a review on BringFido, “The staff even brought them a bowl of water.”

Moe Moon’s

Location: 990 Boardwalk, Myrtle Beach

While walking your dog on the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, stop at Moe Moon’s canine-friendly patio. Enjoy a bangin’ shrimp mac and cheese or Philly cheese steak burger, along with a signature fishbowl cocktail.
