Two displaced in early morning fire in Surfside Beach on Tuesday
Two people have been displaced after multiple crews battled a house fire in Surfside Beach early Tuesday morning.
At 8:37 a.m., Horry County Fire Rescue was called to a residential structural fire on Heathermuir Drive. Horry County Fire Rescue said that the fire is under control and there are no injuries.
Two people were displaced because of the fire. They will receive assistance from the American Red Cross of South Carolina, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
Surfside Beach Fire Department and the Myrtle Beach Fire Department are assisting.
Horry County Fire Rescue is investigating the fire.
