Crews respond to early morning fire on Socastee Boulevard
A fire that started early Wednesday morning on the corner of Everett Street and Socastee Boulevard is under control, Horry County Fire and Rescue said in a release.
Crews were dispatched at 8:04 a.m. to the scene of a residential structural fire. With assistance from the Myrtle Beach Fire Department and Horry County Police Department, the fire was placed under control around 9:25 p.m.
No one has been injured, according to a release sent out Wednesday morning by Horry County Fire and Rescue. No one has been displaced either, according to Horry County Fire and Rescue spokesperson Anthony Casey.
Horry County Fire and Rescue is investigating the cause of the fire.
