Pedestrian dies after being hit in Myrtle Beach Friday, coroner says
A man has died after he was hit by a vehicle in the Market Common area Friday, according to the Horry County Coroner’s Office.
Timothy Jodoin, 55, was walking on Farrow Parkway at Fred Nash Boulevard around 5:50 p.m. when he was hit, Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said in an email.
Jodoin was taken to a hospital and died shortly after arriving due to his injuries.
The crash is under investigation by the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
