North Myrtle Beach suspect in custody following home standoff

North Myrtle police have a man in custody after several hours of a standoff, according to local news reports.

The Sun News could not immediately reach city spokesman Donald Graham for more information, but WMBF TV said authorities were attempting to serve a warrant in the area of Pointe Marsh Lane around Sea Mountain Highway to a suspect who would not leave their home.

The standoff is reported to have ended around 3:30 p.m.
