Two people aboard plane that crashed in Conway Wednesday
Two people were aboard the small plane that crashed in the Conway area Wednesday afternoon, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The small-engine Piper P28R aircraft wrecked in a wooded area around noon, aviation officials said in an email.
The crash happened near the Solid Waste Authority in Conway. Officials restricted access to the site from media.
The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will be investigating.
No additional details have been released.
