Virginia man drowns at North Myrtle Beach, coroner says
A 19-year-old has died after drowning in the ocean in North Myrtle Beach.
Kyle Brown, of Ashburn, Va., was pulled out of the water near 6th Avenue North around 7 a.m. Saturday, according to Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden.
He was taken to the hospital, where he died due to asphyxia.
