Roger Stone dined two nights in a row at one of Myrtle Beach’s most famous restaurants

Long-time Donald Trump political advisor and confidante Roger Stone was in the Grand Strand this week as part of the ReAwaken America Tour, twice dining at one of the region’s most well-known restaurants.

A smiling Stone, in his signature bow tie, caught dinner both at Angelo’s Steak and Pasta on May 13 and 14 after speaking at the event held at the Carolina Opry Theatre in Myrtle Beach.

Angelo management was not immediately for comment on Stone’s appearance.

The restaurant posted a photo of Stone standing next to two people on its Facebook page May 16.

Stone, 69, joined a roster of conservative stars including Greenville pastor Mike Burns, former Trump national security advisor Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell and Eric Trump during the ReAwaken America’s South Carolina leg, which began April 16 in Tulsa.

Stone used a portion of his time to warn rally goers of a “satanic portal above the White House” visible in photos.

“Day and night, it exists, it is real, and it must be closed, and it will be closed by prayer,” he said.

Angelo’s, located along Kings Highway, opened in 1980. Owner Angelo Antonucci was named the 2016 “restaurateur of the year” by the state’s Restaurant and Lodging Association.
