Beach goers be advised: two Myrtle Beach beach access points are closed Wednesday as city crews continue to install surveillance cameras.
The beach access points at 53rd Avenue North and 64th Avenue North are temporarily closed for the day, authorities said.
Other access points were temporarily closed this week including, 51st Avenue North and 52nd Avenue North on Tuesday and 49th and 50th Avenues North on Monday as the camera installation project moved forward.
The camera installation project is designed to make beach access points safer for the public.
Police said project coordinators are working quickly to limit the inconvenience of the closures.
More closures are expected as work continues, but no further information on future closings was available.
