Spring concert series is coming back to Myrtle Beach. Here’s who’s playing
A concert series featuring local talent is coming back to Myrtle Beach for the spring months.
“Nights at Nance” will be held at Nance Plaza in the Arts and Innovation District, according to a Monday Facebook post by the city. Performances will be twice a month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursdays.
There will be two food trucks for hungry attendees.
Organizers encourage listeners to bring lawn chairs to the event.
Each night will feature a different theme for concert-goers.
Band Schedule
• March 31– Paul Grimshaw
Theme: Pelicans Baseball Night- Members of the local minor league baseball team and Splash will be at the plaza to greet the public.
Food vendors: Gnosh Pit, Nola’s Stuffed Sno-Balls
• April 14– Chocolate Chip and Company Band
Theme: Art at Nance Plaza- Local artists who display their work at the Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum will showcase their artwork.
Food vendors: Jerk Caribbean, Benitos Rolling Oven
• April 28- Julio and the Saltines
Theme: Pooch in the Plaza- The Grand Strand Humane Society will have pets available for adoption and will accept donations.
Food vendors: Renkos, Braz Bowls
• May 12- Band TBA
Theme: Family Reunion- Families and schools in the Myrtle Beach area will re-unite and wear paraphernalia representing the school they attended.
Food vendors: Mama’s and Papa’s, Benitos Rolling Oven
