Powerball winner sold in Little River; thousands yet to claim other prizes: SC lottery

A winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Little River, according to the South Carolina Education Lottery.

The $50,000 ticket sold for Saturday’s drawing was purchased at the Food Lion at 1699 Highway 17 in Horry County, according to a press release from the S.C. Education Lottery.

The winning numbers from Saturday’s drawing were 15, 32, 36, 48, 64, and Powerball 19.

More than 11,000 South Carolina players hold winning tickets ranging in prizes from $4 to $50,000.

Players have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes.

The odds of matching four white ball numbers and the red Powerball number are 1 in 913,129, according to the S.C. Education Lottery.

The estimated jackpot for Monday’s drawing is $65 million, according to the Lottery.
