Pedestrian dies after being struck in a hit-and-run near Myrtle Beach, officials say
A pedestrian died after being struck in a hit-and-run crash near Myrtle Beach, officials said Saturday.
Officials believe the crash happened near Breezewood Boulevard on Friday at 9:15 p.m, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol spokesperson Sonny Collins.
The county coroner will release the name of the deceased at a later time.
The agency is investigating the crash.
