Here are the services a luxury pet resort will be offering in North Myrtle Beach
Man’s best friend will soon have a luxury facility in North Myrtle Beach.
Coastal Paws Pet Resort is set to open in North Myrtle Beach in October, a news release from the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce states.
The new 8,000-plus-square-foot facility will offer luxury boarding, daycare and pet spa treatments.
“Our pets deserve the very best and that’s exactly what we’ll give to each and every one of the pets who come under our care. We’re using the highest technologies to give pet parents the ability to securely check on their pets while they’re away,” Kristen Downey, who is a co-owner with Brandon Downey, said in a prepared statement. “We know that peace of mind will make the experience what it should be – a vacation for the pets and their owners.
The resort will offer luxury boarding suites for dogs and cats, pet spa services that include facials and paw treatments, 20 televisions playing DOGTV, 24/7 web cam availability, 2,000 square feet of indoor play equipped with anti-fatigue flooring and 2,000 feet of outdoor play with antimicrobial K-9 grass and a splash pad.
Kristen and Brandon Downey, who both have backgrounds dealing with animals, said they saw a void and need for such a facility in North Myrtle Beach.
“Our pet resort and spa will be unlike any the area has seen! We’re bringing advanced technology, the highest safety and sanitization standards and personalized pet care,” Coastal Paws Pet Resort stated in Facebook post recently.
The facility will soon be accepting boarding daycare and spa clients the facility, located in Barefoot Commons, at 4036 U.S. 17 South in North Myrtle Beach.
