One dead after drowning in Atlantic Beach, Horry County coroner says
One person is dead in a drowning in Atlantic Beach earlier this week.
Courtney Dorcey, 49, of Maryland, died in a drowning on Tuesday, according to the Horry County Coroner’s Office. The incident happened near 31st Avenue in Atlantic Beach.
