Myrtle Beach police investigating after one dead from apparent fall from resort balcony
One person is dead following what Myrtle Beach police believe to be the result of a fall from an upper balcony at a Myrtle Beach hotel Sunday morning.
According to Cpl. Thomas Vest, the incident happened at approximately 10 a.m. at Bluewater Resort, 2001 South Ocean Boulevard.
Vest said it was early in the investigation and police are working to determine the circumstances that led to the apparent fall and verify the person’s identity.
